Leap For A Cure

At Preston Automotive Group, the search for a cure to breast cancer is an effort that hits close to home. 1 in 8 women are affected by breast cancer during their lifetime. Preston Cares started Leap For A Cure more than 10 years ago, dedicating the month of October to support breast cancer research by donating a portion of every vehicle sale to the American Cancer Society.

Preston Goes Purple

Each September, PAG joins Talbot Goes Purple and fights back against substance abuse by running our Preston Goes Purple campaign. To raise awareness and show our solidarity against the dangers of addictive substances, PAG sports purple around the community. Talbot Goes Purple inspires our regional communities, with Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, and Queen Anne’s counties starting their own programs back in 2018.

March of Dimes

In 2003, PAG set out on a mission to fund research, spread awareness, and support legislation geared towards improving the lives of babies with birth defects. Each May, Preston Cares hosts the March of Dimes March for Babies, an event featuring the Celebrate Mile, honoring premature babies who have graduated out of the NICU.

Community

At PAG, we value every opportunity to support and uplift our community. In addition to sponsoring various events, every PAG dealership donates to a variety of local charities each month. Recently, our most successful fundraising efforts have raised tens of thousands of dollars for causes such as the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Wyatt’s Warriors, and the American Heart Association. We don’t just support charities, we also support individual members of our community. In 2022, PAG raised over $22,000 for the family of Glenn Hilliard, a heroic Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Deputy who tragically lost his life in the line of duty. It is an absolute honor to serve our local community and give back to those in need.
